CONTROL MEASURES
We have set up the following operational and control measures for Stratalyze customers:
Access is provided only on registration. The User ID and password generation is conducted in a secure environment and its distribution is automated.
Customer logins and activities are tracked and archived for future reference.
PRECAUTIONS
To enhance security, it is recommended that customers adopt the following practices.
Username and passwords allow entry to our products. Smart users avoid typing these on the keyboard while someone is close by.
Do not leave your computer unattended while you’re connected to www.stratalyze.com.
It is advisable to change your password if you believe that anyone has managed to get access to it.
Please log off from www.stratalyze.com and close the browser window after you have finished your session. Improper logging off will leave the connection between your machine and www.stratalyze.com active for some time.
Avoid writing down your Username and password in your diary or such place, which can be accessed by others. It is not a good idea to let the computer ‘remember’ your Username and password. Never divulge your Username and password to others.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
Copyright in the material on this website is owned by Stratalyze.
Except where necessary for viewing the material on this website on your browser, or as permitted under the Copyright Act or other applicable laws or these Terms of Use, no material on this website may be reproduced, adapted, uploaded to a third party, linked to, framed, performed in public, distributed or transmitted in any form by any process without the specific written consent of Stratalyze.
PROMPT RESPONSE FOR ENQUIRIES, FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS
We welcome and encourage customer enquiries, feedback, suggestions and complaints. These will help us identify and improve on any weaknesses in the services we provide. In an effort to address any concern or answer any questions our customers may have, we endeavour to ensure that we have a well trained team to provide a prompt and satisfactory response.
DEPARTING STAFF
It is the responsibility of the client to notify Stratalyze of any staff changes. If a user leaves the client and Stratalyze is not notified of their departure, then they will retain access to Stratalyze for the account of the client. This is particularly important if the client has subscribed to a service where the user has access to confidential information of the client. An email should be sent to support@stratalyze.com to notify of staff changes.
NON-PAYMENT OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES
If the client falls more than 30 days in arrears on their account, Stratalyze reserves the right to remove access to Stratalyze until the account has been brought up to date.
BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT
Stratalyze reserves the exclusive right to remove access to the software for any breach of this agreement. Any monies paid will be forfeited for the balance of the subscription period.
